Terms of Service

Welcome to WWYD (What Would You Do), operated by Corner Pocket Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the WWYD mobile application or website at wwyd.fyi, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use WWYD.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use WWYD. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account information current. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

3. Acceptable Use

WWYD is designed for fun, lighthearted interactions among friends. When using WWYD, you agree not to:

Bully, harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Post or submit content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
Use WWYD to stalk, abuse, or harm another person
Create prompts or responses intended to humiliate, defame, or embarrass others
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Use WWYD for any illegal purpose
Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the operation of the service
Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with WWYD
Spam or send unsolicited invitations in a manner that violates applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any content and take action against accounts that violate these guidelines, at our sole discretion.

4. User-Generated Content

WWYD allows you to submit responses to prompts ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content, you grant Corner Pocket Holdings LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely in connection with operating and improving the WWYD service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party and complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your conduct is harmful to other users, third parties, or the WWYD service. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use WWYD ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The WWYD name, logo, design, and all associated content (excluding User Content) are the property of Corner Pocket Holdings LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WWYD IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT WWYD WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF WWYD IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORNER POCKET HOLDINGS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF WWYD, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Corner Pocket Holdings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of WWYD, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Oregon.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of WWYD after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the service.
